Goal Tracker, by Anna Wish Coaching Pty Ltd
Last updated: 15 September 2026

## The short version
I built this app so the people I coach can track daily nutrition goals
and I can see how they are going. It holds what you log and nothing
else. There are no advertisements, no tracking pixels, and no analytics
company watching you use it. I do not sell anything about you to anyone,
and there is nobody to sell it to.
## Who I am
Goal Tracker is run by Anna Wish Coaching Pty Ltd, based in Brisbane,
Australia. If you want to ask about anything here, or want your
information changed or deleted, email annawish.pt@gmail.com and I
will answer personally.
## What the app holds
To sign you in
- Your email address.
- Your name, as you typed it when you joined. This is what appears
beside your check-ins on my coach screen, which is the whole reason I
ask for it.
What you log
- Your goals, including any earlier wording if you or I have changed
them.
- Your daily check-ins: the green, amber or red you chose for each goal,
and the date.
- Any notes you write against a goal or a day. These are free text, so
they contain whatever you put in them.
- Your weight, if you switch weigh-ins on. This is off unless you turn
it on, and you can turn it off again and delete what is stored.
To send you reminders, if you want them
- Whether you want a daily reminder and a weekly summary, and what time
of day suits you.
- Your time zone, taken from your device so that eight o'clock means
your eight o'clock.
- A notification address for each device you switch reminders on for.
This is issued by your browser or phone, is specific to this app, and
cannot be used to identify you elsewhere.
What the app does not hold
No payment details. No address. No date of birth. No photographs. No
location beyond your time zone. No contacts, calendar or camera access.
No advertising or analytics identifiers of any kind.
## Who can see it
You can see everything of your own, in the app.
I can see the check-ins, goals, notes and weights of people in
cohorts I run, and I can change the goals I have set you. I cannot
change a check-in you have logged. That is enforced by the database
rather than by good manners: the permission simply does not exist.
Other members cannot see you. People in the same cohort cannot see
each other's check-ins, notes, weights or names.
Nobody else sees any of it. It is not shared with, sold to, or made
available to any other person or company.
## Where it is kept, and who processes it
The app runs on services I pay for, which hold the data on my behalf and
are not permitted to use it for anything else.
- Supabase oceania stores the database and handles sign-in.
- Expo Application Services hosts the app itself. It serves the
pages and does not receive what you log.
- Apple and Google push services will carry notifications to your device
when you have asked for them if I ever put the app on the app stores. The content of a notification is
encrypted so that only your device can read it, which means those
services cannot see what it says.
## How long it is kept
Your check-ins and weights stay until you ask me to delete them, or
until you leave and ask me to close your account. When an account is
deleted, everything attached to it goes with it: check-ins, notes,
goals, weights and notification settings.
If you want a copy of everything held about you, ask and I will send it
to you.
## Your choices
- Reminders can be turned off at any time in the app's Settings tab,
either for one device or entirely.
- Weigh-ins are off unless you turn them on, and turning them off
hides the field. Ask me and I will delete the stored numbers too.
- Notes are optional on every check-in. Nothing requires you to
write anything.
- Deletion. Email me and I will delete your account and everything
in it. I do not keep a copy.
## Children
This app is for adults I coach. It is not designed for or directed at
anyone under 16, and I do not knowingly collect information about
children.
## Changes to this policy
If this changes in a way that affects what is collected or who can see
it, I will tell the people using the app rather than quietly updating
this page.
## Complaints
If you think I have mishandled your information, email me first at
annawish.pt@gmail.com. If you are not satisfied with how I have dealt
with it, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information
Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
